I'm sorry for neglecting this poor little newborn of a blog, I must be honest and say I've been lazy and forgetful! I'm going to try my best to keep posting regularly. Yay!

I've officially changed the name of this blog- although it may be (extremely) unoriginal and boring, at this point it's all the creativity my poor brain can muster!

So, how many of us are heading to the Penny Arcade Expo in a few short weeks?! I'll be going all 3 days this year, the last times I've gone it could only be for one of the days as hotels are so expensive around the Convention Center in downtown Seattle. I'm so excited! I might even attempt cosplaying.

Let me introduce myself~

Hello world,

As I'm sure you've figured out by the witty title of my blog, I'm a girl, who happens to be obsessed with video games. I've found there to be a lack of game reviews from a female perspective- that is, reviews without being slapped in the face by women's cleavage and lingerie (which I can't help but doubt are 'girl gamers', really.) I'm here to start what I wish I saw more often: actual girl gamers, who take on the video game world, clothes included. Maybe it's just me, but I don't imagine most girls to sit around in thongs while playing Halo. 

Be aware that the content I am covering is not the cutesy, light hearted, sometimes childish games that girl gamers are usually associated with. I want to break that stereotype, and show that girls are capable of running with the boys in an online FPS!

Bare with me as I attempt to start what I hope will be a somewhat successful, followed blog, even if only by a few girls (or guys!). I play mostly first person shooters, but I'll definitely play some other genres for diversity's sake, especially if there's a request by a follower. :)
